Ehud Olmert,former Prime Minister of Israel,told Politico that the regime has become widely despised.
He added that what is happening in Gaza is unacceptable. Tel Aviv is losing support from its long-standing allies, including Germany.
Olmert emphasized that accusing the French president and British prime minister of anti-Semitism or supporting terrorism is a disgraceful move. Netanyahu and others exploit these accusations to defend themselves. As an inevitable result,Tel Aviv is losing international backing among Western countries.
Earlier, Olmert also criticized Netanyahu’s cabinet for the ongoing war in Gaza, calling it futile.
