Iraqi Hezbollah Battalions Set Conditions for Arms Regulation Talks

The Iraqi Hezbollah Battalions have announced that the Islamic Resistance has multiple prerequisites for entering into discussions with any government aimed at regulating and cooperating on arms, which they refer to as “the weapon of honor and dignity.”
The group stated that one of these conditions is the complete and genuine withdrawal of enemy American military personnel from Iraqi territory and airspace.
Another condition put forth by the group is an assurance that American forces will not return to Iraq and that the country’s political and economic decision-making processes will be freed from American dominance.
The withdrawal of Turkish forces from northern Iraq is also among the conditions announced by the Iraqi Hezbollah Battalions.
Furthermore, the group has called for the dissolution of the Peshmerga forces, describing them as the most armed and dangerous paramilitary group threatening the unity of Iraq.
