Mumbai 9 Aug- The Bihar Government should make an enquiry through top investing agencies of the country about Police atrocities on Moulana shabib Kazim and his family and supporters.
It should also investigate on whose order his house was vandalized.
The DM, SDM , SP, Dy. S.P of the relevant area and Bihar state shia waqf board chairman Mr. Irshad Azad and Administrator Mr Arif Raza should be immediately suspended and remove from services and a judicial enquiry should be set up for their role in destroying Indian Judiciary image and disturbing the community.
The Bihar Government must investigate the surplus income of the chairman of Bihar shia waqf Board Mr. Irshad Hussain Azad and all his close associates and relatives as he is using his relative and associates to hide his name.
It furthermore, demands a peaceful investigation of the waqf land and all the waqf land that have been encroached should be immediately make free from any encroachment and a committee should be formed having a ‘Shia religious scholars and other honest people and they should plan for the better use of the waqf property for the development of shia community so that they can play a dynamic role in the building and development of the nation.
