The US recent move to relocate its capital from Tel Aviv to Beit-ul-Moqaddas will bring about no result, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Tuesday.
“This recent move by the US officials--who have recently been acting more blatantly towards Quds-- won't get anywhere and their moves won't bear results,” Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks addressing a meeting with the attendance of parliament speakers from across the world.
The full text of Supreme Leader’s address is as follows:
“My advice to our brothers within the Islamic World is that we need to be clear on fundamental issues of the Islamic world, so that we can create trends and have an impact on public opinion.
Palestine is an important issue of the Muslim World which has been totally ignored. Defeating the Zionists in a soft war is possible just as it is during hard war.
I believe that this struggle against the Zionist regime will bear fruit, just as the resistance has progressed today.
There was a time when the Zionists chanted 'From Nile to Euphrates,' today they are building up walls around themselves, so that they can protect themselves on that occupied land.
Palestine is a collective, a country with a history. Palestine is from the river to the sea and Jerusalem (Al-Quds) is undoubtedly its capital.
Governments like Saudi regime, which help the US and the Zionist regime, are certainly betraying the Islamic Ummah and the World of Islam.
The World of Islam, with such a large population and plenty of facilities, can certainly create a great power within the world and become influential through unity.
Such warmongering among the World of Islam must be stopped and 'we should not allow that a safe haven be created for the Zionist regime. We are ready to treat brotherly even those from among the Muslim world who were hostile to us'.
The flagrant and shamelessly stated words by the man who rules over the US today about Africa, Latin America, and various races are examples of measures taken against Human Rights.
The US officials are chanting slogans on fighting terrorism, while they openly support the terrorist Zionist regime. Besides, according to the US president's confessions, in his election campaigns, US was the main factor in creating ISIS and supported them till their last breaths.
By expressing the truth and exposing the falsehoods of US's claims, such as supporting 'Human Rights' and 'combating terrorism,' we should create trends that impact public opinion and intellectuals.
