People of Gaza Strip are bravely standing up against occupiers, Secretary-General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah said.
According to the Lebanese media Al-Manar, Nasrallah made the remarks Sunday through a video conference.
“The aim of this ceremony is to announce support to Hope and Loyalty electoral list during the upcoming elections (in Lebanon),” he said.
Nasrallah expressed salutation to the Palestinian heroes in Gaza who stand up against occupation force along the border with the occupied territories.”
“Gaza protests blow to the so-called “deal of the century,” he added.
Hezbollah chief also saluted Yemenis for their steadfastness on the third anniversary of the Saudi war
“We have deliberately chosen the name of our united lists with Amal movement (Hope and Loyalty),” he noted.
He went on to say that both hope and loyalty are parts of our ideology.
The Lebanese parliament is the “mother of institutions” in our country, said Nasrallah.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Nasrallah referred to the elections in Lebanon, and said, “Voting in the parliamentary elections is responsibility and abandoning this responsibility means that the fate of our country will be unknown at all levels.”
“The 2000 liberation of Southern Lebanon was thanks to the union between Hezbollah and Amal movement,” he said.
“The US and the Zionist entity have been working since 2000 to eliminate the resistance,” he added.
He reiterated that conspiracy against resistance started right after the liberation in 2000, but the awareness and the sacrifices of our people foiled all plots.
