'We are committed to our deals, we are Muslim, we are Iranians, we have a great culture,' President Rouhani said, adding that as long as Europe, the US and other countries ramain committed to nuclear deal, Iran will not be the party who first breaches it.
Te president was speaking at Iran's parliament before submitting his budget bill for the next Iranian year beginning on March 21, 2018.
'However, if they want to violate it, Iran will not be worried, as it has envisaged other plans,' President Rouhani said.
Iran and major world powers signed a nuclear deal in 2015 known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Under the agreement, Iran accepted to curb its nuclear activities in exchange for economic sanctions relief.

As to Iran's relations with Saudi Arabia, the Iranian president said that if Riyadh stops bowing to the Zionist regime of Israel, and relies on its nation and other nations in the region, there will be no problem between Iran and the Arab country.
'Saudi Arabia should stop bombing Yemen and begging the Zionists for relations,' President Rouhani said.
'Stopping the false friendship with Zionism' and 'Stopping antihumanitarian bombing on Yemen' are the the two 'stops' that Iran wants to see on the Saudi's part, the president said.
