Global arrogance and Daesh are destroying capitals, as well as making a cozy backyard for the Zionist regime of Israel, said a commander of Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).
“The Zionist regime’s existence relies on the rift and disputes among Muslims,” IRGC Ground Forces Commander Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour said in a conference on Sunday night, adding that the terrorist group Daesh makes no distinction between Shia and Sunni Muslims when conducting its terrorist operations.
A lot of material infrastructures of the Muslim countries are being ruined by Daesh and the global arrogance, he warned. “Vast material and human assets are being targeted by the global arrogance.”
“If the measures taken by some Muslim countries against others were targeted on the Zionist regime, there would be no name of the occupying regime in the world”, according to the senior commander.
Last week some Arab states, including Bahrain, UAE, Egypt and Libya, led by Saudi Arabia cut their ties with Qatar, accusing the tiny gas-rich country of supporting terrorism. Qatar denies the charges. Qatar was also sanctioned by them, as the Arab states closed all their links with Doha, including their airspace.
Disunity is the biggest challenge that the global arrogance is using against the Muslims for pursuing its ill intentions, Pakpour reiterated.
