Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia is trying to compensate for its continuous defeats in war against the Yemeni people by baselessly accusing others.
According to the Foreign Ministry Media Department, Qasemi responding statements and actions of Saudi officials on the occasion of the third anniversary of invasion against Yemen and said that Saudis are trying by baseless accusations and documents against others to cover up their inability and constant failure in war against Yemeni people in spite of its accumulation of advanced weapons and multi-billion-dollar arsenal purchases.
Also in reaction to threatening remarks made by a Saudi military spokesman, Qasemi said that undoubtedly these words are in line with warmongering and irresponsible and could be prosecuted internationally.
